When I arrived in Madrid, I had to get to know the city from scratch: the neighbourhoods, the prices, the schools, the routes, the supermarkets, the timings and all those things that don’t always appear on property websites.
Over time, I began helping others who were going through the same process. That’s how Tu Ventana was founded in Madrid: a service designed to offer close, practical and realistic support to those arriving in the city.
I work by listening carefully to each case, understanding what each person needs and being very realistic about the market’s potential.
I don’t believe in showing properties indiscriminately or promising impossible results. I believe in providing proper support, organising the search and helping clients make informed decisions.
